I believe in an integrative approach to bodywork and combine multiple modalities in your bodywork session to produce optimal therapeutic benefits and deep relaxation.  We will check in at the beginning of each session to determine what your bodywork needs are and then your session will be customized to address your current issues.

The techniques I have training in are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Motion Palpation, PNF stretching, Joint Range of Motion, and Reiki.

 

Integrative Therapeutic Massage - a customized massage which may include two or more of the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, PNF stretching, Motion Palpation, Joint Range of Motion, and Reiki.   Great for muscular tension, increased flexibility and joint range of motion, reducing stress, recovery after surgery, sports injury, shoveling snow, too much gardening and other aches and pains.
