About the Practitioner
I have a Psychology degree from Naropa University in Boulder, CO; and a massage certificate from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in Denver. I have additional training in Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Authentic Movement, Expressive Arts and Meditation. I have always been interested in helping people whether it is lending an ear, providing healing through touch, or feeding people nourishing foods prepared with love.
I believe that we, as human beings, are capable of great healing and great change. I am excited to be in partnership with my clients to support them in facilitating positive lifestyle changes that are in alignment with their health and wellness goals. Additionally, I provide on-going support through encouragement, education and customized bodywork to assist my clients in maintaining their unique wellness program..
We are a team. If you choose to come to me for bodywork, know that you have taken a very important step in taking responsibility for your health. I will expect you to be open to suggestions and try them at least once. In order to best meet your health goals, I may suggest that you consider a multi-modal approach for optimal results. I support my clients to have increased body awareness, to understand dysfunctional patterns affecting posture and health, and educate on health related subjects (such as breathing, water consumption, diet, etc).
I look forward to meeting you in the future!
